- 300 g asparagus, cleaned
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
- butter
- breadcrumbs
- Parsley, chopped
Instructions

Cook the asparagus as usual. Toast the breadcrumbs in melted butter. You can adjust the amount to your liking; the more, the better! Then spread the breadcrumbs over the asparagus and briefly broil them under the hot oven grill until crispy. Before serving, chop the hard-boiled egg and sprinkle it over the asparagus along with the parsley. Tips: Serve as a starter on buttered toast. If the asparagus is intended as a side dish, it goes perfectly with parsley potatoes tossed in butter and cooked or raw ham.
