Ingredients for 30 servings:
- 1 ½ kg rice
- 1 kg onion(s), diced
- 6 bell peppers, cut into short strips
- 2 kg peas and carrots (frozen)
- n. B. Broth, granulated
- 1.2 kg tomato paste
- 1 bulb(s) garlic (small bulb), diced
- 6 kg minced meat, half and half
- 20 eggs
- ½ kg breadcrumbs
- pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Oil for frying
- Salt
- Paprika powder, hot
- n. B. water
Instructions

Cook the rice in granulated stock, salt, and plenty of water. Fry half of the onions and half of the garlic bulb in hot oil until translucent, then add the strips of bell pepper. Add the peas and carrots and continue frying, then add the tomato paste and stir well. Now fold in the rice. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and both types of paprika. Mix the minced meat with the eggs, breadcrumbs, the other half of the diced onions, the other half of the garlic bulb, salt, pepper, and both types of bell pepper to form a meat batter. Roll the meat batter into approximately 8-10 cm long rolls and fry them in batches in hot oil. Serve hot. Tip: You can also use a little less rice and serve it with fries.
