Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g rice
- 40 g fat
- broth
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 bell peppers, green
- 250 g roast pork, cooked or minced
- Salt

Gyuvec
Cook the rice in fat and a little broth until al dente (1 cup of rice requires 1 1/2 cups of broth). Place the rice on the greased bottom of a fireproof dish, sprinkle with sliced onions roasted in fat and strips of bell pepper, and season lightly with salt and pepper. Then add diced roast pork (optionally seasoned with sweet paprika) or seasoned ground beef roasted in fat. On top, place a layer of diced tomatoes, again lightly seasoning with salt and pepper. Cover the dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 40 minutes.
