Quick cheese noodles for in between

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 1 package of bacon
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 150 g cheese (medium-aged Gouda), grated
  • pepper
  • possibly salt if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with bacon and sour cream

Break the macaroni into small pieces and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Then drain. Meanwhile, cut the bacon into cubes or slices and fry in a large pan (without fat!) until lightly browned. Reduce the heat to low, add the cooked pasta, and season with pepper. You can add a little salt to taste, but since the bacon is quite salty, this is usually not necessary. Then fold the sour cream into the pasta and sprinkle the grated Gouda cheese over the pasta. Continue to fry the pasta, stirring constantly, until the cheese has melted. Serve hot.
