Cookie Cutters
The perfect cookie cutters recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 315 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 Pck Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 175 g Butter
- 1 Pc. Egg
- Knead all the ingredients together to form a smooth dough.
- Put in the fridge for 2:30 minutes.
- Now you can roll it out, bake it, decorate it and enjoy it 😉
- Top and bottom heating 180 ° C, circulating air 160 ° C for approx. 8 minutes
- For decorating I used royal icing, gel food coloring and fondant.
- For royal icing you need: 1 fresh egg white 1 teaspoon lemon juice 150 g icing sugar egg white and lemon juice in a clean, fat-free mixer bowl. Loosen the egg white and lemon juice for 10 seconds on a low setting. Sift the powdered sugar well and add to the egg white. Beat the mixture on the slowest speed for 7-10 minutes. Keep in a cool place when not in use. Royal Icing can be kept airtight in the refrigerator for 5-7 days. Royal Icing can be frozen for up to 2 months. Thaw before use and loosen for a long time with the angled spatula.
