Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 slices of toast
- 1 slice(s) ham, cooked
- Asparagus from the jar (or 5 fresh spears)
- ½ tsp herbs de Provence
- ½ point hollandaise sauce
- 2 slices of cheese (Gouda)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Briefly toast the toast and place it on a heatproof plate. Top with cooked ham and asparagus. Drizzle with hollandaise sauce and herbs, then cover with cheese. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
