Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 75 g margarine
- 75 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50 g almond(s), sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients into a batter. Finally, carefully fold in the sliced almonds. Pour the batter into a greased 28 cm springform pan. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes. This makes a great base for fruit and quark cakes.
