Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 75 g margarine
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g almond(s), sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients into a batter. Finally, carefully fold in the sliced ​​almonds. Pour the batter into a greased 28 cm springform pan. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes. This makes a great base for fruit and quark cakes.
