Brownies with oat flakes and walnuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g chocolate (dark chocolate)
  • 250 g butter
  • 300 g sugar
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g walnuts
  • 140 g flour
  • 60 g oat flakes
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Melt the chocolate. Cream the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, and milk until fluffy. Add the melted chocolate and eggs and mix well. Chop the walnuts and stir them in with the oats. Mix the flour with baking powder and salt and stir in. Spread the batter onto a deep, greased or parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 150°C for 30 minutes. Cover with chocolate glaze, if desired. Cut into approximately 20 cubes.
