Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g dark chocolate, min. 70%
- 125 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 125 g sour cream
- 125 ml milk
- 200 g flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 3 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g dark chocolate in pieces
- 100 g milk chocolate in pieces

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Makes about 20. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a muffin tin well. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Remove from heat. Beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Then stir in the sour cream and milk. In a small bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the flour mixture and butter mixture to the egg mixture and mix by hand. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips. Fill each muffin tin ¾ full with batter and sprinkle with a few chocolate chips, if desired. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the tops have started to pop. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool.
