Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed,
- 250 g sausage meat
- 2 onions
- 1 egg(s)
- 4 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 roll(s), stale
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Spice mix (roasting seasoning)
- Spice mix (herb roast spice)
- Fat for the mold
- Breadcrumbs for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes
Soak the stale roll in water, turning it over once. In the meantime, peel, dice, and finely chop the onions. Place the minced meat in a bowl. Squeeze the liquid out of the roll and add it to the bowl. Add the sausage meat, onions, egg, and parsley and mix thoroughly with a mixer. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, roast seasoning, and herb roast seasoning and mix thoroughly again. Season to taste if necessary. Grease a cake tin and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the seasoned meatloaf into the tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (fan oven) on the lowest rack for about 80-90 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and cucumber salad.
