Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g fat
- 50 g butter
- 2 onions, diced
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 tbsp flour
- 80 ml water
- 1 tsp meat broth (instant)
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the diced onions in fat and butter. Add the ground meat and fry until crumbly. Then dust with flour and add water to create a kind of meat porridge. Season with broth and spices. We always serve it with mashed potatoes and pickles.
