Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 75 g sugar, brown, only white works too
  • 75 g sugar, white
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 g margarine
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 bar of dark chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chocolate-nut cookies

First, beat the margarine until fluffy. Then add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg. Mix everything on high until the mixture is creamy. Then add the flour, baking powder, salt, and milk to the mixture and mix everything into a smooth dough. Now roughly chop the chocolate bar into small pieces. Finally, fold the chocolate and nuts into the batter. Now preheat the oven to 180°C. Using two teaspoons, place small heaps of cookies on the baking sheet and press them down lightly. Bake the cookies on the middle rack for 10 minutes.
