Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter or margarine
  • 300 g cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla, ground
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 g dark chocolate (pieces)
  • 100 g almonds, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

wonderfully crispy cookies

Cream the butter, sugar, and milk until fluffy. Then stir in the vanilla, flour, baking soda, and salt. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips and almonds. Shape each ball into balls about 2-3 cm in size and place them at least 4 cm apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flatten them slightly with a spoon so that the edges are evenly thick and not too thin. Bake the cookies at 180°C (top/bottom heat) (not hotter!!!) for about 12-15 minutes. If you prefer softer cookies, only leave them in the oven for about 8-10 minutes. This makes just under two baking sheets, which is about 50 cookies. As a variation, you can also add pieces of white, nougat, or other chocolate to the cookies, or use hazelnuts, walnuts, or peanuts instead of almonds. Cashews also work well in cookies.
