wonderfully chocolatey, moist brownies

Ingredients for a standard-sized baking sheet. Melt the butter in a saucepan over very low heat (lowest setting on the stovetop). Combine the two types of sugar and the eggs, stirring well with a large spoon until small bubbles form. Break the chocolate into small pieces and add them to the melted butter. Stir well several times until the chocolate is completely melted. Then pour the chocolate and butter into the sugar-egg mixture, stirring well. Now finely sprinkle in the flour and stir well again until everything is combined. Then sprinkle in the walnuts and mix again. Pour the thick batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 150°C for 25-30 minutes with fan (baking time may vary slightly from oven to oven). Pierce the batter with a toothpick; if nothing sticks to the toothpick, the brownies are done. Let cool in the oven. The brownies are supposed to be moist, so don’t worry, they ARE done, if you bake them any longer they will just turn into dry chocolate cake.
