Blueberry yogurt crumble

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 70 g flour
  • 70 g sugar, possibly brown
  • 70 g butter
  • 50 g macadamia nuts or walnuts, ground
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 200 g blueberries, fresh
  • possibly cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

simple, but makes a great impression

Knead the flour, sugar, nuts, and butter with your hands until a crumble forms. Add a little cinnamon, if desired. Bake on a baking sheet at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly and fill glasses 2-3 cm high. Spread a layer of yogurt on top, followed by washed blueberries. Then, top with another layer of crumble, yogurt, and blueberries. It looks professional and is easy to use, and is also great for preparing a buffet.
