Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 375 g ham, cooked and diced
- 375 g cheese, shredded
- 2 jars of mushrooms
- 6 eggs
- 1 ½ cups sour cream
- 1 ½ onions, chopped
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with puff pastry from the baking tray
Lay the puff pastry on a baking sheet, arrange the ham, cheese sticks, and drained mushrooms on top. Combine the eggs, sour cream, onions, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and sprinkle over the top. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.
