- 2 chili peppers, fresh
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp herbs de Provence
- 100 ml oil (rapeseed)

Rinse the meat with cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Deseed the chili peppers and slice into thin rings. Peel and finely dice the garlic clove, then mix with the herbs and rapeseed oil. Marinate the meat in this marinade, chill, and let stand for 1-2 hours (preferably overnight). Remove the cutlets from the marinade, drain, and grill on the grill for 4-5 minutes on each side.
