Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp oil (rapeseed)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

Glycemic index

Rinse the chicken thighs with cold water and pat dry. Prepare a marinade from honey, rapeseed oil, and the remaining ingredients and marinate the chicken thighs for 1-2 hours (preferably overnight).
