Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 250 g cheese (Gouda)
- 200g salami
- 8 garlic cloves
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp broth, liquid
- salt and pepper
- n. B. herbs, fresh

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
a very tasty pasta salad
Cook spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Dice the Gouda, salami, and tomatoes and place them in a bowl. Peel and crush 8 garlic cloves (you can also use a garlic press) and add them to the other ingredients. Peel and finely chop the onions and add them to the bowl. Add the oil, vinegar, liquid broth, salt, pepper, and herbs. Meanwhile, rinse the spaghetti and add it to the bowl while it’s still warm. Chill for about 1-2 hours before serving. Tip: You can also add spring onions if desired.
