Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup of cream
- 200 g chocolate (Peppermint Crisp Chocolate)
- 1 can caramel cream (Caramel Treat)
- 1 pack of biscuits (tennis biscuits)

South African dessert; the ingredients are a little harder to come by, but it’s worth it…simply heavenly!
In a deep bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Then add the caramel cream (approx. 360 g). Grate the Peppermint Crisp Chocolate bars (approx. 100 g) using a coarse grater and add them to the bowl. Mix everything well until a smooth, creamy mixture forms. Now place a layer of tennis biscuits on the bottom of a large baking dish. Top with two large spoonfuls of the cream. Then alternate the biscuits and cream like a lasagna. Finish with a layer of cream and crumble the last Peppermint bars over the tart. Then refrigerate the baking dish for 4-6 hours.
