Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 500 ml milk (whole milk)
- 40 g flour (barley flour), alternatively any other flour
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel and chop the bananas, and add them to the milk. Puree with a hand blender. Bring the mixture to a boil with the sugar and a pinch of salt, stir in the flour, and simmer for another five minutes. Ladle into dessert bowls and refrigerate.
