Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g cheese, grated Cheddar (or Emmental)
  • some oil for the pan
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • possibly chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

American breakfast – totally delicious

Beat the eggs thoroughly with a little salt. Heat a greased pan and add the egg. Let it set briefly, then press it together with a spatula so that the still-runny egg runs into the solid mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top, bake a little longer, then fold it together. Sprinkle with chives, if desired.
