Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g potatoes, cooked
  • 1 large tomato(s), peeled
  • 2 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 6 soft dates
  • 200 g celery, coarsely grated
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp white wine
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Peel the bananas and cut them into approximately 3 mm slices. Cut the dates into small cubes. Halve and slice the tomatoes. Mix them with the celery in a bowl. Mix the mayonnaise with lemon juice and white wine. Season with salt and sugar. Pour over the sliced ​​vegetables and mix. Add a little more wine, if desired. Let it chill for about 2 hours.
