Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g potatoes, boiled, peeled, diced
- 200 g carrot(s), peeled, diced, cooked until al dente
- 200 g celery, peeled, diced, cooked until al dente
- 200 g gherkins, diced
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- 50 g capers
- 200 g matjes fillet(s) , in oil, diced
- 2 apples, sour, peeled, diced
- Balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours
a tradition from the great-grandmother
Please cut all cubes with an edge length of approximately 1 cm. Mix the ingredients together and season to taste. Let stand for at least 1 hour. The salad also freezes well. We made it exclusively for the festive season between Christmas and New Year.
