Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g potatoes, boiled, peeled, diced
  • 200 g carrot(s), peeled, diced, cooked until al dente
  • 200 g celery, peeled, diced, cooked until al dente
  • 200 g gherkins, diced
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 50 g capers
  • 200 g matjes fillet(s) , in oil, diced
  • 2 apples, sour, peeled, diced
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours

Please cut all cubes with an edge length of approximately 1 cm. Mix the ingredients together and season to taste. Let stand for at least 1 hour. The salad also freezes well. We made it exclusively for the festive season between Christmas and New Year.
