Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g leek, stalks, cut into approximately 7 cm long pieces
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp honey
- 5 tbsp vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
- 175 ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Pear in vinaigrette
Steam the leeks until al dente. Prepare the vinaigrette, pour it over the warm leeks, and let it sit for at least 2 hours. Serve as a starter with fresh baguette or ciabatta.
