Marinated chicken thighs, sweet and spicy

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 kg chicken legs, wings or similar
  • 2 tbsp, str. apricot jam
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • salt and pepper
  • lots of paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 40 minutes

also for wings, whole chicken….

Wash and dry the poultry. Make a marinade with the other ingredients and let the poultry marinate in the refrigerator, preferably overnight. Bake in a hot oven at 150°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes (otherwise the marinade will burn quickly, so keep an eye on it). A whole chicken will take accordingly longer.
