Oreo Brownies with Cream Cheese Swirls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 160 g flour
  • 80 g cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cup(s) cookie(s), Oreo, coarsely chopped
  • 300 g cream cheese, stirred until creamy

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Line a 23x23cm pan with baking paper and grease. Melt the butter in a saucepan; stir in the sugar and vanilla extract and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Then let cool for 5 minutes. In a bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the cooled butter and sugar mixture until well blended. Then stir in the flour mixture and fold in the roughly chopped Oreo cookies. Pour half of this batter into the pan. Cover with the cream cheese and spoon the remaining batter on top. Create swirls with a knife and bake at 175°C for about 25 minutes.
