Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g Edam cheese
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 apple
- 3 pickles
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 60 g mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- some Maggi
- some salt and pepper
- some paprika powder, sweet
- some parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the Edam cheese, bell peppers, apple, and pickles into pieces. Make a dressing with the remaining ingredients. Then mix everything together.
