Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g flour
- 90 g butter
- 100 g brown sugar
- 25 g desiccated coconut
- 25 g ground almonds
- 1 tsp ginger
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- some rum or cherry brandy
- 2 bananas
- 1 small can of apricots
- 2 oranges
- 2 kiwis
- 1 small can of pineapple
- 1 tbsp butter, for the mold
- 4 scoops of ice cream, vanilla
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Chop the fruit into small pieces and place it in a shallow, greased baking dish. Knead the other ingredients into crumbles and spread them over the fruit. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. (Leave the door slightly ajar.) Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
