Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 mango(s), ripe
  • 50 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp yogurt

simple, delicious dessert

Peel a ripe mango and cut the flesh away from the stone. Blend the cream, yogurt, and mango flesh with a hand blender for about five minutes until it’s very smooth and no fibers remain. Let the dessert sit in the refrigerator for an hour to improve the consistency. It can also be served immediately.
