Fried macaroni with plums

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 jar plum(s)
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions and drain. Then, place a large, shallow pan on the stove with the butter. Once it has foamed, add the precooked macaroni. Stir the pasta until browned. Depending on your preference, add the breadcrumbs to the pan with the pasta. Serve the pasta hot in a soup bowl. Arrange the plums from the jar on top, along with a little plum juice.
