Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g hazelnuts or almonds
- 200 g chocolate, dark
- 125 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for the Thermomix TM31, for 12 pieces
Place the nuts in the mixing bowl and grind for 10 seconds/speed 7, transfer to a bowl, and briefly rinse the mixing bowl. Melt the chocolate at 50°C/3-4 minutes/speed 2. Add the butter and stir again at 50°C/3 minutes/speed 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder, eggs, and ground nuts. Add the mixture to the chocolate mixture in the mixing bowl and mix everything with the spatula on speed 3. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 200°C for approx. 25 minutes (test for doneness). Allow to cool and cut into cubes. Tip: Best enjoyed lukewarm.
