Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 10 g butter
- 100 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 250 g flour
- ½ tsp salt

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Basic recipe
Melt the butter for 1.5 minutes using the saute button. Slowly pour in the milk over the lid to warm it slightly. Then add the eggs, flour, and salt and knead everything for 2.5 minutes using the knead button. I use a spaetzle grater to make the spaetzle. Simply grate it into the boiling salted water and, when the spaetzle rise to the surface again after about a minute, skim off the excess water.
