Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ tsp honey
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- e.g. coleslaw
- 4 slices of Leberkäse
- Oil for frying
- 4 pretzel rolls or onion rolls
- 1 tbsp sweet mustard

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Burgers with a difference, simple and quick
For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise, honey, and sweet mustard until creamy. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Meanwhile, fry the Leberkäse (meatloaf) in oil in a non-stick pan. Halve the pretzel rolls. Spread the sauce on each half. Add a dollop of sweet mustard, or more if desired, to the sauce. Then top with the coleslaw and the fried Leberkäse (meatloaf) slices (cut in half depending on the size). Fold the two roll halves back together.
