Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ¼ bunch chives
- 50 g butter, soft
- 4 pretzel rolls
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
- 4 slices of Leberkäse
- 4 slices of mountain cheese
- 4 tsp mustard, sweet
- 8 tbsp coleslaw
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes
Wash the chives, shake dry, and cut into fine rolls. Place the chives in a bowl with butter and knead thoroughly with a fork. Halve the rolls and toast in a pan or grill. Add the rapeseed oil to a non-stick pan and fry the Leberkäse slices over high heat for 3-4 minutes. Turn halfway through the cooking time and place the Bergkäse on top of the Leberkäse. Spread the bottom half of the roll with chive butter and the top half with mustard. Drain the coleslaw and place it on the bottom half of the roll. Place the Leberkäse on top and cover with the top half of the roll. Approx. 645 kcal per serving.
