Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g quark, 20% fat
- 100 g butter
- 120 g erythritol (sugar substitute)
- 50 g almond flour
- 3 eggs
- ¼ pack of baking powder
- some lemon peel or juice
- some vanilla pulp or vanilla FlavDrops
- Coconut oil for greasing the mold
- n. B. Fruits
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Grease a small baking pan (I used a 20 x 20 cm silicone one) with coconut oil, preferably, and pour in the batter. If you like, you can scatter some fruit on top. Then bake the cake at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 50-60 minutes and let it cool in the oven to prevent it from collapsing. Tip: The cake tastes even better the next day.
