Stir fry with broccoli and mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ head of broccoli
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cm ginger, fresh
  • 200 g mushrooms, brown
  • 3 tsp sauce (vegan oyster sauce)
  • 6 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 g noodles (somen)
  • 3 tbsp oil, neutral
  • possibly sesame

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegan, Far Eastern, quick meal

Divide the broccoli into florets. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and ginger. Thickly slice the mushrooms. Heat a little oil in a wok and stir-fry the broccoli for 2 minutes. Then add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Fry for another 2 minutes, then add the mushrooms. Fry for 2 minutes, then add the oyster sauce, vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 3 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the noodles. Drain the noodles and serve with the vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
