Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 sausages
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 can of vegetables (Mexican vegetables)
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 2 tsp broth, granulated
- salt and pepper
- oil

quick, easy and super tasty
Slice the sausage and fry it with the sliced onion in a pan with a little oil until the sausage is nicely browned. Pour in the cream, season with the broth, and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and Mexican vegetables, heat until hot, and season to taste with salt and pepper. We serve this with either mashed potatoes or rice.
