Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g chicken breast or turkey breast, shredded
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 bell peppers, mixed, finely chopped
- 1 pack of mango juice (e.g. Happy Day)
- Curry, amount to taste
- 1 small onion(s)
- Chili powder or 1 chopped pepper
- Salt
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Sear the meat with the half-sliced onions in a little oil, add a little curry powder and the bell peppers, and cook briefly. Deglaze with mango juice, add the cream, and simmer for a few minutes over low heat. Season with curry, chili, and salt. Serve with basmati rice.
