Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 jar green beans
  • 100g salami
  • 100 g hunting sausage or mortadella
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh (or 1 can)
  • some oil for frying
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Peel the onions. Dice the sausage and onions. Briefly fry the mushrooms in a little oil, then set aside. Fry the onions and sausage in a little oil in the same pan. Add the drained beans and sauté everything in the pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Then add the mushrooms back in and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Serve immediately. Serve with buttered baguette.
