Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 450 g cucumber(s)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 tsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
- 2 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
- garlic powder
- 2 tsp sesame seeds, roasted
- 2 tsp oil (sesame oil)
- 2 tsp chives, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the cucumber, halve it, and slice it thinly. Mix the seasoning mix with the cucumber slices and let it sit for about 30 minutes. Season the salad if desired and serve.
