Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¼ cup(s) water or milk (or half and half)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • ½ tbsp applesauce (no joke)
  • 1 tbsp wheat gluten
  • 1 cup Flour, fine oat flour
  • 1 cup(s) flour, wheat flour (550)
  • 2 tsp yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

at least as good as store-bought

Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size. Then pour into a greased, large loaf pan and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for approximately 50-60 minutes.
