Lettuce with sweet yogurt dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g yogurt
  • 3 lemons, juice
  • 3 tbsp sugar, more or less to taste
  • 1 lettuce(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Thoroughly clean the lettuce and drain or spin dry. In a bowl, combine 300g (2 cups) yogurt with the juice of 3 lemons. Gradually stir in the sugar, tasting occasionally until you achieve the desired sweetness and acidity. Tear the lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces, toss with the dressing, and serve immediately.
