Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ cup(s) flour (whole grain)
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup oil
  • 1 cup carrot(s), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the dry ingredients together. Mix the wet ingredients together. Mix everything together. Pour into muffin cups. Bake at 190°C for 20 minutes on the middle rack. Cooking time varies depending on the oven, so do a toothpick test.
