Iceberg lettuce, sweet and sour

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can pineapple
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ head of iceberg lettuce
  • 8 mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 piece(s) fresh ginger (amount according to taste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • 4 tbsp pineapple juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips, quarter the tomatoes, dice the pineapple, and slice the mushrooms, and place everything in a bowl. Finely dice the onion and mix with grated ginger, soy sauce, curry, oil, pineapple juice, pepper, salt, and sugar. Season the sauce thoroughly. Drizzle over the salad and toss gently.
