Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g pumpkin seeds (without shell)
  • 70 ml chili sauce, sweet and spicy Thai

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

In a bowl, mix the pumpkin seeds with the chili sauce. Spread them out on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Stir them occasionally with a wooden spoon. When the seeds have visibly puffed up and browned, remove them from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet. Store in an airtight container.
