Delicious cheesecake

Finely crush the whole-wheat biscuits using a food processor or a rolling pin. Mix with 140g flour, 100g powdered sugar, and 180-200g softened butter. Grease a springform pan. Spread the dough mixture into the pan and press down firmly. Place it in the freezer or refrigerator while you prepare the topping. Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F). Mix approximately 600g double cream cheese with 160g sugar. Add 220g sour cream, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and 2 sachets of vanilla sugar and stir in. Add 3 eggs and mix in. Remove the base from the refrigerator and let it warm slightly. Spread the cheese mixture over the base and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes, then let it cool completely. Place the cooled cake in the refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours, preferably overnight.
