Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g gnocchi
- 3 carrots
- 2 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
- 1 tsp tandoori masala
- 150 ml cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the gnocchi in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Trim the carrots and slice them thinly. Heat the sesame oil in a saucepan, add the carrots, and dust with the tandoori masala. Sauté for about a minute while stirring, then deglaze with cream and simmer for about a minute. Meanwhile, drain the gnocchi, place them in a bowl, and pour the carrot sauce over them.
