Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 200 ml oil, neutral (alternatively 250 g butter)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 170 g flour
  • 80 g cornstarch (alternatively flour)
  • 250 ml egg liqueur
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 pack of cake icing (chocolate) for the glaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Ant cake

Thoroughly mix everything except the glaze and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 60-70 minutes. Once cooled, cover with the chocolate glaze.
