Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 200 ml oil, neutral (alternatively 250 g butter)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 170 g flour
- 80 g cornstarch (alternatively flour)
- 250 ml egg liqueur
- 100 g chocolate sprinkles
- 1 pack of cake icing (chocolate) for the glaze
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Ant cake
Thoroughly mix everything except the glaze and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 60-70 minutes. Once cooled, cover with the chocolate glaze.
