- 375 ml biscuit(s) (chocolate biscuits, e.g. Oreo), crushed
- 50 ml butter, melted
- 1 kg cream cheese
- 300 ml sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250 ml sour cream
- 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp
- 125 g dark chocolate, melted and cooled
- 250 ml walnuts, chopped and toasted
- 250 ml marshmallow(s), quartered
- 125 ml cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 50 ml walnuts, chopped and toasted
- 50 ml marshmallow(s), quartered
- 60 g dark chocolate, melted

This recipe requires a measuring cup
Mix the cookies with the melted butter to make a dough. Press this into the bottom of a 26cm baking pan and refrigerate. For the filling, in a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the sour cream and vanilla seeds, then stir in the cooled chocolate. Fold in the walnuts and marshmallows. Pour the mixture onto the base and bake at 180°C on the middle rack for about 55-65 minutes. Let the cake cool for about 2 hours before decorating, then refrigerate for 5 hours. To garnish, whip the cream with the sugar until stiff peaks form. Spoon onto the cake and decorate with walnuts and marshmallows as desired. Sprinkle with the melted chocolate.
